How is the e-Gift Card delivered?
The e-Gift Card is delivered via email directly to the recipient’s inbox. No physical card or shipping is required.
Can I choose when the e-Gift Card is sent?
Yes. You can send the e-Gift Card immediately after purchase or schedule it for a specific date. Scheduled e-Gift Cards are typically delivered between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in the purchaser’s local time zone.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. You’ll have the option to add a personalized message during checkout, which will be included in the e-Gift Card email.
Does the e-Gift Card expire?
Cannovia e-Gift Cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
What products can the e-Gift Card be used for?

What are the Terms & Conditions for Cannovia e-Gift Cards?
Cannovia e-Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases made within the United States at www.cannovia.com (“the Website”). Cannovia e-Gift Cards may not be used to purchase Cannovia products through brick-and-mortar retailers, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized online retailers, unless expressly stated by Cannovia.
Lost, stolen, or damaged e-Gift Cards will not be replaced without valid proof of purchase. For questions or assistance, please contact the Cannovia Customer Care team.
Cannovia e-Gift Cards may not be used to ship products internationally. Online purchases using e-Gift Cards are limited to U.S. shipping addresses only.
Cannovia e-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. If the value of an e-Gift Card exceeds the total amount of a purchase, the remaining balance will remain available for future use, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
If the value of an e-Gift Card is less than the total purchase amount, an additional form of payment (such as a credit or debit card) must be used to complete the transaction. Cannovia loyalty points, rewards, or store credits may not be combined with an e-Gift Card unless expressly permitted by Cannovia.
Cannovia e-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the designated recipient at the time of purchase or at the scheduled time specified by the purchaser. Promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing may not be applied toward the purchase of an e-Gift Card, unless explicitly stated. Cannovia loyalty points or rewards may not be redeemed to purchase e-Gift Cards.
Purchase or use of any Cannovia e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Cannovia e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
