Think of it like a bank account - your balance shows what you have available to spend, not the total amount you've earned over time.

Don't worry - your redeem code(s) is safely stored and can be found in the "Your Rewards" section of the icon when you don't use it right away. While your main point balance only shows currently available points, any unused redeem codes remain accessible whenever you're ready to complete your order.

The 200 birthday points are awarded on the day of your birthday, not when you provide your birthday information to us. This ensures you receive the points as a celebration on your actual birthday.
